Yes of course, you are welcome to publish anything here, and pretty much all the regulars here are welcome too. Just email me the FAQ etc and I will add a section for you.
As for the auto "FOIA letter generator", that is a very good idea. I think I have a basic idea of what you what to accomplish. I will look into the logistics while you are working on the details. Email me when you are ready and we can launch this.

I'll have more refinements and advice on FOIA letters, and I may be writing a FAQ on the process soon, which hopefully can be added to the appropriate sections on HairSite. Additionally, I am working (slowly) on an idea for an automatic "FOIA-letter generator" to customize variations of FOIA letters to the FDA on various interrelated subjects pertaining to hairloss research. This will allow HairSite visitors to check boxes and "customize" their own letters, with date, address, and subject matter information automatically being inserted, and generating a page which can be printed directly from the screen.
HairSite, do you think the above concept would be possible?
