It's Sunday night (nearly 2AM) so I thought I'd post while I had a chance. This week will be another super busy week, so don't look for a lot of replies from me and also don't ask me (or Pants) to say anything that will break our contract.
I have been browsing the various forums though and I wanted to clarify something right now.
Pants and I are not going around saying "Yes, this product has grown every hair back on every patient and gets all of the follicles going again and we've seen it with our own eyes and we are agreeing with all of the wild speculation and getting all of our hair back (in two months) too, but we just can't say anything officially yet." That, friends is NOT what we are saying.
Let the company speak for itself and let the researchers speak for themselves and let us be on this stuff for more than 2 months before we give any feedback. Pants and I are not promoting Hairswitch, nor are we trying to cast doubts on what the researchers are saying about it on the website. Does that make sense? Have we seen before and after pictures? Yes. Are they pictures of a slick bald Norwood 25 (that was a joke, people) who in the after picture, taken a few weeks later is a Stone Phillips? No. I will say that there is REGROWTH in the pictures and I have spoken to those in the pictures I have seen and can say for a FACT that they are not doctored for reasons I won't go into. David is going to give you his evaluation of the pictures, guys, very soon.
So if anything Trey or Pants says to you means anything at all over the past few years, just get past the "is it a scam?" thinking and past the "Trey and Pants are promoting Hairswitch" thinking. Neither is true. The product is real. The researchers are real (and listed on the website) and the results are real.
When will it be released for the general public? Neither Pants nor I know. What is the background of WSMR and who is there parent company and what do their financial books look like and what is the background of the guy who registered the website and have their patents been granted and posted on the US Patent Office website yet, and what is the hierarchy of the company and is the website finished and why are they so secretive and what about the press release dates and (on and on and on) the answer is we don't know. The company has not given us their bank statements nor included us in their board meetings. Pants and I are TRIALISTS and nothing more. We were privileged enough to get our hands on this and I thank God for that privilege. One brilliant guy on another forum actually asked me NOT to post my results because he wanted a double-blind study and independent research and the owner's license plate number and the researcher's I.Q. and shoe size before he would accept it. Folks, if you have had your hopes dashed a million times before (like the rest of us) and you've become jaded to any new treatments on the horizon, then just sit back and wait until the information is given to you. Otherwise, be thankful that a couple of regulars from this forum (and we post at alt.baldspot and other forums as well from time to time when the arguments over there about everything from whether or not Ernie is sane to how bad "Farrell's Hair Systems" are have not gotten too out of control) -- be thankful that a couple of guys who you know and trust and are in your same boat are doing this trial. By the way, there are other trialists in this, in case some of you thought we were the only ones.
For all that has been revealed publicly thus far, I could still post in two months that this stuff did NOTHING for me, or on the other I could post that the regrowth was quite impressive and better by far than minox or propecia or what have you and that it is steadily continuing and might get me all of my follicles back. At this point you don't know which way it will go because neither of us have said anything, which is exactly what we were told (not) to do.
So please think of Pants and I as just ONE THING: TRIALISTS. That's it. Let Hairsite and Hairlosshelp and Hairlosstalk and the other forums do the interviews with the company and post the pictures and let the other regulars here fill you in on what they find about WSMR, etc. Pants and I are not hiding anything, nor are we working with any one hair loss web site (as was suggested in another forum). We are just like any one of you (honest) guys would be: a couple of guys who are sick and tired of losing our hair and who are in a trial for a Peptide that is explained on the website. That's all we can say for now and please don't try to read any more than that into anything we have posted.
Guys, exciting things are happening, not just with Peptides and Proteins, but with HM and CT and TE and even, bless it's snail-paced heart, GT (remember that?). There are things happening in so many areas of hair loss that I am still very optimistic about all of our prospects over the next two years and I would be saying that even if this Peptide had never come along. Researchers are just discovering too much for us to ignore or for us to remain in despair. What Bazan has figured out regarding his method of delivery and what Gho has figured out regarding reviving ORIGINAL FOLLICLES is astonishing. As these doctors and others work together more and more, we will see great things. Some will speculate that this Peptide must be garbage if I'm still interested in Gho, Unger, Bio-Amide, and Bazan and others, but don't be ridiculous: these researchers are looking at cures from different angles and that's exciting to me.
I have made it my hobby -- no, passion -- over the past few years to study every last (promising) lead in the hair loss industry and will continue to do so until my hairline is returned to normal. I've also made it a point to be completely honest with you guys and to maintain a positive outlook on things, while being realistic about our prospects.
You are all in my prayers daily since I know you are all suffering more than others realize. This is no fun. It's painful. And it's time to win this weary battle.
