I am concerned with the intensity of your regimen, especially the oral minoxidil and loniten. It seems to me that you may have been suffering from telogen effluvum due to the hair dye and you may be making matters worse by taking on such an intensive regimen.

I have never used loniten or oral spiro, but a number of forum users have used both and have reported that the shedding can be intensive. I'll let others provide more personal details.
